Replication
Replication is the preferred process for mass-producing thousands of disc packages at once. This is entirely different from CD or DVD duplication and, because it produces discs that are both higher in quality and lower in cost per unit than duplicated discs, is an excellent option when dealing in large quantities.
The replication process itself consists of you providing us with both a disc master and high-resolution artwork files. We send those to a plant where a glass replication master is created and filed away for future use. The automated machines make use of injection-molding technology to create thousands of discs every hour!
